Subscription terms

Hime has two paid plans, Plus and Pro. Prices and what each plan includes are shown before you subscribe. Prices below are in US dollars; Apple sets local prices in other currencies.
Plans
- Without a plan: Hime is a task tracker on your phone, for tasks, events, notes, and files. There are no agents, no agent chat, no desktop, and no web app.
- Plus: connect your own AI agent through the Hime CLI, plus the web app.
- Pro: Plus, plus a hosted agent we run for you: a dedicated sandbox with a desktop, in-app agent chat, and voice messages, spoken replies and live calls. You connect your own model provider account and remain responsible for its charges and terms. Live calls currently require ChatGPT.
A hosted sandbox may wait in a provisioning queue. Hime compensates for setup delays with additional Pro access.

The iPhone app offers Stripe checkout for the US App Store storefront and Apple in-app purchase for other storefronts. Web subscriptions use Stripe.
Renewal and plan changes
Plans renew automatically until you cancel.
- If you pay through Stripe, you choose weekly or monthly billing. Your card is charged at each renewal, every week or every month.
- If you pay through Apple, your subscription renews each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage it in your Apple Account settings.
Upgrading from Plus to Pro on Stripe takes effect immediately. You’re charged the prorated difference for the rest of the current billing period. The checkout or subscription-management screen shows the effect of a plan change before you confirm it.
Cancellation and refunds
For Stripe, use the billing management link in Hime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. For Apple, use Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions, or Hime’s subscription-management link. Cancel before the renewal date shown by the provider to avoid the next charge.
For Stripe refund requests, contact support@hime.ai. Refunds are reviewed individually, subject to applicable consumer rights. Apple handles refunds for Apple purchases through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Deleting your Hime account does not replace cancelling your subscription with the payment provider.
When access ends
Your tasks, events, notes, and files stay in Hime when a paid plan ends, and the phone app keeps working as a task tracker. Connected agents pause until access is restored. Content above any limit that applies to your account stays readable, but you can’t add more until you’re back under the limit or you resubscribe.
When Pro access ends, the hosted sandbox stops. We retain its data for 30 days so you can resume by restoring Pro, then permanently delete the sandbox. This includes its browser profile, agent memory, and files stored only inside it. Keep your own copies of files you need to retain.
