Measure first
If you can't measure impact, you can't improve it. We build instrumentation early and track real KPIs before we build anything else.
Ship systems, not demos
Production means monitored, maintainable, secure enough, and owned. A demo that works once in a meeting is not a deliverable.
No hype
We don't integrate AI for the sake of AI. We analyze the business data and automate what the data proves is worth automating — if you explicitly want agents or AI, we build it; if the numbers say it's profitable, we'll recommend it.
